Dilettante's Diary: the internal dialogue of a hedonist bluestocking.

I am a dilettante. I know quite a bit about a lot of things, but I don't know enough to be an expert on anything. I have a very sensual, hedonistic nature, but I am also a thinker, and I aim one day to be worthy of the label 'bluestocking', despite its pejorative connotations.

This is my journal, which, delightfully enough, doesn't have to go wherever I go, but is accessible from nearly everywhere I am.

I'm home

I've been gone 5 weeks I think. I flew to MA on February 8th and here it is March 12th already. Unbelievable.

But I'm home.

I was supposed to be home at 12:30pm, but mechanical problems delayed me in Chicago for 2.5 hours while they found a substitute airplane.

I have done the sort through the snail mail and the email, and have started on laundry. The apartment is in moderately better shape than it was when I left. But its still a mess. Ah well...

I'm home. That's all I care about right now.
