Melodrama

I am thinking about writing a screenplay based upon a real-life scenario.
It will have four actors: Laverne. Shirley. Lucy. Ricky.

*Laverne and Shirley live together. Ricky and Lucy do not.
*Laverne tends to be analytical and worries too much.
*Shirley is notorious for her moods and melodramatic outbursts.
*Lucy is moody and notoriously political.
*Ricky is very smart, but mostly clueless when it comes to women.
*Lucy recently struck up a friendship with Shirley. She doesn't really know Laverne. She is secretly dating Ricky.
*Ricky is good friends with Laverne. He once cared about Shirley. He is secretly dating Lucy.
*Laverne is good friends with Shirley and Ricky. She doesn't really know Lucy.
*Shirley is good friends with Laverne and Lucy. She hates Ricky.
*Lucy does not want Shirley to know about her relationship with Ricky.
*Laverne understands why people choose to keep things from Shirley -- she does it herself.
*Laverne knows about Lucy and Ricky and is worried that Shirley is going to get hurt.
*Laverne feels torn, because normally she would have told Shirley about Lucy and Ricky when Shirley and Lucy started getting friendly and it became apparent that Lucy was hiding things from Shirley, especially her relationship with Ricky, but Ricky swore Laverne to secrecy.
*Laverne kept hoping, as the months went by and Lucy and Shirley became better friends, that Lucy would tell Shirley the truth.
*Laverne has wisely(?) chosen to keep her mouth shut, despite apocalyptic premonitions.
*Laverne is also questioning where her loyalties will lie when the bomb drops.
*Laverne is thinking about leaving town.

What will Laverne do? Only the Shadow knows.
