Dilettante's Diary: the internal dialogue of a hedonist bluestocking.

I am a dilettante. I know quite a bit about a lot of things, but I don't know enough to be an expert on anything. I have a very sensual, hedonistic nature, but I am also a thinker, and I aim one day to be worthy of the label 'bluestocking', despite its pejorative connotations.

This is my journal, which, delightfully enough, doesn't have to go wherever I go, but is accessible from nearly everywhere I am.

Notes to self

Notes to self:
1-Greek lasagna is very good.
2-Read up on the molecule cadherin 23 and its role in hearing.
3-Remember the reason's why women shouldn't go for walks alone in the dark.
4-Men want more until you give it all, and then they want less.
5-Being in-touch with emotions is highly over-rated.
6-Personal growth is highly over-rated.
7-Celibacy is highly over-rated. But then, so is sex.
8-Birthday parties are highly over-rated.
9-I may not be able to choose how I feel, but I can choose how I react.
10-Control is highly under-rated.
11-Make appt with therapist to talk about damage-control.
12-Remember to love the reality, not the ideal.
